He stayed on top of every step in the process and patiently answered all of my questions for which I had many. The housewarming basket he gave us after closing was just icing on the cake! Tomell Made selling my house such a breeze! He was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He treated me like we have been friends for years. He was very transparent the entire time even during that time once contract was signed and you’re waiting to close he would call me and say “everything is still on track and i have nothing new to report”. Simple things like that goes a long way to providing great customer service. Tomell spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how homes are selling, how long listings typically stay on the market(in this sellers market), and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Tomell made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like helping with landscaping, meeting at Lowes to help pick items to make property show better, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Ten out of ten stars

He sold our home in the north side of Santa Rosa county. Helped us price the home to move. Staged the house and helped us get it sold quickly. He was very personable and easy to work with. He is based in Navarre and drove all the way to Jay for us and smiled all the way. We want to move back to this area and will definitely use Tomell again! He was awesome!

Tommel is an amazing realtor. He went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth and pain free as possible. Not only did he do the regular realtor duties, like listing the house, setting up photos, handling the showings and potential buyers; but he helped with everything from painting, to remodeling a bathroom, and even showed up with his own lawn mower when the grass needed to be cut. Absolutely incredible! The best real estate agent ever! We were PCSing from Hawaii with a six hour time difference and he was always available and also FaceTimed multiple properties with us. While going through the homes he was very detail oriented pointing out all flaws with the Home as if he was purchasing it for himself. This really took the stress out of purchasing a home site unseen! Would recommend to all family and friends and will be using in the future for any other home purchases!

"I met Tomell at at an open house on my way home after viewing homes with the agent I was working with. He called the next day to follow up on some questions I had about the home. A month or so later I reached out to ask if he would be willing to work with me. He told me that he could not because I already had an agent and it would be unethical for him to do so. I explained that I had already spoken to my agent and she understood. Over the next couple months we viewed several listings. He was always patient and attentive. We found the right home and made the purchase. Tomell continued to be available and supportive well beyond closing.
