He was patient, knowledgeable, and steadfast. At viewings, he knew just the right questions to ask the sellers and was truly my spokesperson. He didn’t try to persuade me to look at anything I wasn’t interested in. At closing, Tomell was extra supportive! No matter what all I needed or how long the process took, he was PRESENT, by my side the whole time. After closing, he was my biggest helping hand and made sure I was up to speed with tasks and deadlines. I can’t thank Tomell enough! Tomell Made selling my house such a breeze! He was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He treated me like we have been friends for years. He was very transparent the entire time even during that time once contract was signed and you’re waiting to close he would call me and say “everything is still on track and i have nothing new to report”. Simple things like that goes a long way to providing great customer service. Tomell spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how homes are selling, how long listings typically stay on the market(in this sellers market), and providing tons of info on comps in the area.
